Terms and conditions
Written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay us — that is the whole point of publishing it.
An illustration of the split, not a price list. Every project is quoted on its own and prices differ a lot — you will have your number in writing before you pay anything.
1How we work
We build a finished, working website for your business before asking you for anything. You are under no obligation at that stage — no fee, no agreement, nothing owed.
If you do not want it, tell us and we withdraw. We keep the work, you keep your money, and that is the end of it.
2Payment
What matters here is the split, not the number. Every project is quoted on its own — a one-page shopfront and a multi-page centre with a timetable are not the same job, and pricing differs a lot.
Whatever your quote is, it is paid in two equal halves: half before we begin the agreed work, half when the site goes live on your domain. As an example, on a ₹15,000 project that is ₹7,500 and ₹7,500.
The first half is what starts the clock. We do not begin scheduled work, buy a domain, or set up hosting until it is received.
The second half is due on handover — when the site is live and yours to use. Invoices are payable within 7 days.
You will always have your number in writing before you pay anything.
3What the price covers
Design and build, mobile first. Copywriting from your listing, photos and one conversation. Your services, prices and timings laid out clearly. WhatsApp buttons wired to your number. Google business schema, page titles and a real address so you appear in local search. Domain purchased and configured in your name. Hosting set up and the site taken live.
4What it does not cover
Logo design or rebranding, photography, videography, ongoing social media management, online payments or booking systems, and writing in languages other than English. Any of these can be quoted separately.
5Changes and revisions
Your quote includes 2 rounds of changes before handover. Send feedback in one batch per round rather than piece by piece — it is faster for both of us.
Anything beyond that, or outside the agreed scope, we will price before doing the work. Never after.
6Timeline
We aim to hand over within 7 working days of the deposit, provided we have your content. If we are waiting on photos, prices or timings, that clock pauses.
7Ownership
Once the final payment is made, the website and its content are yours.
The domain is registered in your name from the beginning, not ours. If you ever move to another developer you can take everything with you, and we will help hand it over.
8After it goes live
From the second year, ₹4,000 per year covers the domain renewal, hosting, and up to 12 small updates — about one a month. The first year is included in the project price.
A small update is a change to what is already on the site that we can make in about half an hour: prices, timings, opening hours, contact details, swapping a photo, or rewriting a paragraph. We turn one around within 3 working days of having what we need.
Anything larger is quoted before we start it, never billed afterwards — a new page, a new feature, a redesign, or writing the content itself rather than placing it. If you go past 12 in a year we will not stop work or send you a surprise bill; we will tell you, and then we will agree what happens next.
You are not locked in. If you stop the annual fee, we hand over the domain and files.
9If either of us stops
You can stop at any time. Money already paid covers the work done to that point and is not refunded.
If we stop, or cannot finish, we refund the deposit in full.
If we do not hear from you for 30 days we will treat the project as paused, and pick it up whenever you come back.
10What we are not responsible for
Content you give us that turns out to be wrong, outages at the hosting or domain provider, or business outcomes.
We will build you a good website. We cannot promise it will produce a particular number of customers, and we will never claim otherwise.
11Your information
This website sets no cookies and does not track you between visits. We do count visits, so we know whether anyone is finding us.
What that means in practice: we record which page was opened, roughly which town the request came from, whether it was a phone or a computer, and which link brought you here. A visitor is counted using a code made from your network address and browser that is thrown away and regenerated every day — so the same person counts once a day and cannot be recognised tomorrow, or linked to anything else.
We do not know your name, and we are not trying to. Nothing is sold or shared, and none of it is passed to an advertising network.
The enquiry form does not send anything anywhere on its own — it composes a message in your own WhatsApp or email app, which you then choose to send. Nothing is stored on our servers, because there are none.
Anything you send us is used to build and run your website, and is not sold or shared.
12These terms
These are the standing terms. Your project's own agreement restates them with your actual numbers, and if the two ever disagree, your project agreement is the one that counts.
Anything agreed differently, we will put in writing.
?Questions
Ask on WhatsApp and we will answer plainly. We would rather lose a project to a straight answer than win one on a misunderstanding.
